Romanian self-titled „Gypsy King” Florin Cioaba (R) speaks 20 November 2004 to a gypsy in the village of Brateiu, 370 kms northwest of Bucharest, as he campaigs for the 28 November 2004 parliamentary elections. Cioaba was campaigning in his native region of Sibiu, in central Romania, hoping to become the first member of the Roma community to be elected to parliament.
